It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the age, condition, value, genuineness, and any other determinative factor about an item. Cultural items up for auction are intended for a historical basis, and in no way reflect the views or opinions of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC. SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied according to local, state, and federal regulations. Winning bidders who are tax exempt must provide their tax exempt number to the auctioneer prior to invoicing. Unclaimed items will be stored by the auction company at a rate of $1 per day per lot for no longer than 30 days following the close of the auction. After 30 days, these items will become the property of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC. No refunds, credits or charge back’s will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times.
