A $40,000.00 (FORTY-THOUSAND-AND-00/100-DOLLAR) earnest money deposit (EMD) has to be made in escrow to be approved to bid, in which, if you as the bidder are the successful highest bidder, the EMD will be applied towards the purchase price. If you are NOT the highest successful bidder, your EMD will be returned within 10 (TEN) business days from the auction close date. No interest will be earned for any and all monies deposited into escrow.
Buyer will be responsible for a 12.50% (TWELEVE-AND-ONE-HALF-PERCENT) buyer/bidder premium, which is on top of the successful/highest bid, which will be paid to the auction company as a marketing fee, but no broker/agent/realtor fee(s) will be paid in conjunction of this sale.
