(S1/2 NW 1/4) and the North half of the North half of the Southwest quarter (N1/2N1/2 SW 1/4)  all in Section 4, Township 96 N., Range 43 W. of the 5th p.m., Sioux County, Iowa. This farm contains 120 acres M/L.

 

Tract II  General Description. This farm will be selling immediately after Tract 1 at  approx. 10:30 AM at the Boyden Demco Center. This  farm offers  an excellent inside 120 acres of unimproved farmland with an great  location between Sheldon, Hospers, and Boyden.
