This is a live and simulcast auction held by Legacy Auction Services, LLC with prebidding accepted up until the live offering of a given item on sale day. This live and simulcast auction is presented on multiple online bidding platforms and is being held in a virtual manner as consignments are being sold from various locations. We are hosting a reserved auction and all items are sold as is where is without any warranties or guarantees expressed, implied, nor suggested as to the usefulness, condition, or merchantability of any given item and all items offered for sale are sold subject to seller confirmation. Legacy Auction Services, LLC makes every effort to accurately describe each item offered for sale in the auction within the auction’s catalog. However, all final judgements lie solely in the responsibility of the bidder and/or the bidder’s representatives. A winning bid recognized by the auctioneer and declared as “SOLD” is a legally binding contract entered into between the bidder and Legacy Auction Services, LLC as to which the bidder agrees, by registering to bid, to adhere to all terms and conditions of the sale. Legacy Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to pull an item from the auction at any given time without prior notification – including up to and on the day of sale – for any reason seen fit by the auction company. Bidder agrees to hold harmless Legacy Auction Services, LLC and its representatives for any errors in the auction catalog such as hour meter and/or mileage readings. Any statement made from the auction block on sale day supersedes all printed material or previously stated information. To omit any such errors, misunderstandings, or misinterpretations, we would like to encourage and welcome presale questions as well as inspections within reason prior to placing a bid. Items and item descriptions may be subject to changes, updates, corrections, or omissions at any given time without prior notice to its occurrence. Legacy Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a bid, for any reason deemed fit by the company or its representatives and auctioneers, that is not in the best interest of the seller or that is not significant or is not a recognized advancement of the bid in the auctioneer’s chosen increment. Legacy Auction Services, LLC is not responsible for any missed bids due to technological challenges or difficulties stemming from its own, the bidder’s, or the bidding platform’s occurrence of issue. If any reasonable doubt occurs and guaranteed receipt of bid is desired, please utilize the maximum bid feature and place the bid in advance. All sales are final and no specific item locations nor releases will be constituted without remittance of full payment, applicable taxes, and fees to auction company’s satisfaction. All items are expected to be picked up within 10 business days following the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company and/or the contact personnel at item(s)’ location. Any items not picked up within the given window and not possessing alternate pick-up arrangements will be deemed abandoned. After 30 days from auction date, Legacy Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to re-sell any items deemed abandoned in our next auction. Abandoned items will be sold absolute and settlements will be sent to the owner (previous auction buyer) less any applicable commissions, fees, and costs. Any legal matters or disputes that may arise will be handled in mediation and will take place in Washington County, Texas in a location deemed fitting by Legacy Auction Services, LLC and its representatives.
