Conditions & Terms of Online Sale: Credit cards on file with Proxibid will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. If you are unable to pick up items in person please contact our third party shipping company, Home Run Delivery at 402-507-8950. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Cards are subject to a $35.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Buyer's Premium and tax are listed elsewhere. In order to be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have a SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. Auction Solutions, Inc. shall attempt to describe merchandise in advertising and on the internet, but makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Auction Solutions, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability, or fitness of an item for a particular purpose. Off-site bidders understand and acknowledge they are not able to inspect items as well as if they were to examine them in person. When your items are ready to be shipped, we will notify you through Shipping Saint. Your items will be shipped once the Shipping and Handling fees are fully paid. To avoid extra costs and shipping delays, please ensure that your billing, shipping, and credit card information are accurate on your account. Please note that shipping is not available for storage unit auctions. For firearms, coins, and jewelry, shipping is handled internally at Auction Solutions Inc. If your purchase requires freight transport (e.g., LTL or OTR Carrier), please contact our office to create arrangements. Vehicle titles will be held until payment clears, and if the title is held by a bank, it may take over 30 days to obtain a clear title.
