Conditions & Terms of Online Sale: Credit cards on file with Proxibid will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. If you are unable to pick up items in person please contact our third party shipping company, Home Run Delivery at 402-507-8950. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Cards are subject to a $35.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Buyer's Premium and tax are listed elsewhere. In order to be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have a SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. Vehicle titles will be held until payment clears, and if the title is held by a bank, it may take over 30 days to obtain a clear title.
