All purchases must be paid with good negotiable U.S funds by Tuesday at 4:00pm following the auction. You may pay by cash, company or business check, wire transfers, or credit cards (please note the credit cards will have an additional 3% processing fee). All online buyers will be charged a 10% buyers premium. All online bidders must register and be approved to bid through Proxibid. All items are sold are sold as is, where is! If an item has a title it will be noted so. If an item has a title Duncan Auctioneers has 45 days to produce a clean title. Buyer is responsibly for inspection, registration and title transfer. If an item is listed as a license receipt that is all you will receive from Duncan Auctioneers. If an item is listed as papers only, you will not receive anything other than your receipt for registration. Buyer will be responsible for paying a 6.25% tax on all items unless proper identification is shown for tax exempt items. Firearms will be sent to our local FFL dealer, buyer will be responsible for passing a background check for a fee of $25 at our local dealer or you may ship the firearm to your local FFL dealer. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. You must be 18 Y.O to purchase a rifle and 21 Y.O to purchase a pistol.
