City vehicles/lots with titles will be made out to the registered bidder or company as you register with Proxibid. This is a timed auction with 2 minutes closing increments. If any lot is bid on within the last minute of that item closing that lot will automatically be extended an additional minute as well with subsequent bids to give other bidders a chance to bid.
