Once the auction has been completed, you will need to pay for the items awarded to you through the "Pay Now" button on your invoice, available both in the email sent to you and within your Proxibid account.
Sales Tax : Sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address and category of item purchased. Sales tax will be included in your invoice. Payment will be charged Tuesday afternoon following the auction if arrangements have not been made.
Any tax-exempt bidders will need to click "Tax Exempt" on the checkout screen and submit their valid tax-exempt certificate using the auto-populated email. 1. All persons attending the exhibition, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Wilson Auction Service from any liability.
2. All property is sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wilson Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the Auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Wilson Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All advertising is derived from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed.
3. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Buyers can go to soldbywilson.com and preview more detailed gun pictures Wilson Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Wilson Auction Service will not be responsible for any error or omissions in the description of the merchandise. 4. Wilson Auction Service is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the Auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Wilson Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Wilson Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged are encouraged to use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the Auction begins. Wilson Auction Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this Auction.
5. The Auctioneer shall advance the bidding at his own discretion. Wilson Auction Service may withdraw any item before or during the Auction. Onsite Bidding wins over Online Bidding in instances where a 'tied up' or 'locked' bid arises. Auctioneer has final discretion in any disputes. The record of the Auction by Wilson Auction Service shall be conclusive.
6. When the Auctioneer says 'sold', Bidder assumes full responsibility for the merchandise. All Proxibid credit cards will be charged on the Tuesday following the sale. Payment shall be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check or wire transfer. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any and all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify Wilson Auction Service against any claim if sales tax is not collected on Bidder's purchases. 7. Packing, shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Your shipping costs will be charged separately on your credit card. ALL FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER. NO EXCEPTIONS. 8. Wilson Auction Service may refuse a buyer's number to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any identification that Wilson Auction Service may request, including but not limited to: driver's license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card, or Passport. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items.
9. Any and all disputes shall be venued and heard and decided in Saline County, Kansas.
