The sale of an item is final when declared “Sold” by auctioneer. Each item sold “As Is”, “Where Is” and without any warranty whatsoever, either express or implied, as to the age, model, make, etc. of the item. Said bidder agrees that it is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, value of the equipment that he or she is bidding on. Stovesand Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise When an item is declared “sold”, it immediately becomes the responsibility of the buyer for the loss of or damage to the item no matter how caused. Stovesand is not liable for the death of, or injury to, any person which may occur in connection with the use of any item, and buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Stovesand harmless from all such liability. Buyer is fully responsible for all bids made under the bidder number under which they are registered. Bidder acknowledges and understands that bidding online may or may not function correctly during the auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that said bidder has no claim of any kind against Stovesand Auction Company, Inc. in the event this happens. Stovesand Auction Company, Inc will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Buyer will be sent an email immediately following the auction, if he or she is the successful buyer of an item.
