Payment in full is due by Monday Feb 19th at 4:00 pm, EST. You will be contacted Monday morning by our office regarding payment and to schedule pick up. 13% Buyers Premium. VEHICLES: MUST be paid by Wire Transfer on Monday Feb 19th at 4:00 pm. We DO NOT Accept Credit Cards for any Vehicles. Ewald Auctions is not a Dealer; therefore, any Taxes or Registration Fees must be paid by the Buyer at your local Tag Office.

(*unless indicated otherwise*) •13% On-Line Buyer’s Premium •Everything sells on as “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis with NO warranties of any kind, expressed, implied or otherwise. •ALL SALES ARE FINAL! •Payment in full on the day following the auction. •Vehicles payment in wire transfer only! •All sales subject to Trustee / US Bankruptcy Court Approval. •Inspection: Friday, Feb 16th: 10a-1pm Only. •Arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling is the buyer’s responsibility. Ewald Auctions does not pack, crate or load items. We DO NOT supply a bill of lading. We only supply a paid in full receipt. Please confirm your shipping company can pack, crate and load as some do not offer that service.
