Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. USAuctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, or on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall USAuctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. You are also agreeing on a no charge back policy. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item they purchase. USAuctions is providing Internet bidding as a service. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction and USAuctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. This is considered abandoned property. This auction has the potential to disappear. If it goes away then the lien has been paid. Everything is being sold, as found. Some receipts have been located and we can offer those. All jewelry is descried as we saw it. Stones are described vague intentionally, (I am not a gemologist), every bid is up to your professional decision. The two rings are slightly bent from usage. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: There are check out restrictions in place. All bidders will require to remove goods by appointment only. You must sign an entry wavier and any damages from removal will be at your expense. Shoes off or booties and please bring clean boxes, dollies etc. for the white carpet. You may also need extra help as I cannot allow anyone to drag boxes on the carpet. So bring help especially for the washer and dryer and safe which are all upstairs. Please Note: WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHIP. SHIPPING: I won't be able to ship any furniture. You will have to find a service or be present for the load out. Any questions feel free to call. I can however ship the small such as jewelry, some clothing (but limited in weight). PAK MAIL is available and I can post their number below. Please don't bid and beg for forgiveness, I cannot lift the weight in furnishings. We have less than a week for removal. Anything NOT removed on time will be considered abandoned and I will donate.
