This is an absolute online bidding only auction. All lots will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. Lots have staggered ending times. Proxibid features 'dynamic bidding' meaning when a last minute bid is placed the auction will extend a couple of minutes before ending if another bid is not placed. Bidders may inspect items onsite by appointment prior to placing a bid before auction ends. All items are free of any liens or encumbrances. Please use ATG Pay thru Proxibid for payments of invoices up to $5000. Invoices over $5000 must be paid by wire transfer. A 10% buyers premium applies to all bidders. There are no return privileges. All lots are sold as is where is. Buyers must make payment to auction company prior to item pickup at city offices. The City has to be given 24 hour notice payments have cleared and know when to expect when items will be picked up. This is best scheduled when payment is made to the auction company.
