Stovesand is not liable for the death of, or injury to, any person which may occur in connection with the use of any item, and buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Stovesand harmless from all such liability. Buyer is fully responsible for all bids made under the bidder number under which they are registered. Bidder acknowledges and understands that bidding online may or may not function correctly during the auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that said bidder has no claim of any kind against Stovesand Auction Company, Inc. in the event this happens. Stovesand Auction Company, Inc will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Buyer will be sent an email immediately following the auction, if he or she is the successful buyer of an item.
