Terms and Conditions TERMS: Buyer's Premium: There will be a 5% Buyer's Premium capped at $1500. The sum of the winning bid plus the Buyer's Premium will be the sale price. (Example: Winning bid is $10,000 buyers premium will be $500. Winning bid is $50,000 buyers premium will be $1500.) All announcements made on the day of the auction from the auction block take precedent over printed or electronically produced media. Payment, Pickup & Shipping Terms: Payment Info: Winning bidders must contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 of the close of the auction to arrange payment and pickup. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% processing fee added to the total invoice price) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be paid in full within 3 business days of the end of the auction. Preapproved financing is available via Agdirect. Must be approved 1 week before the auction. Shipping assistance is available. Quotes for shipping can be provided. Pickup: April 15th-17th 9am-5pm central time. By appointment after that. TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer. All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc., will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources which we believe to be reliable but is not guaranteed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. The auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Butler Auctioneers, LLC and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc. Butler Auctioneers, LLC, reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time.
