BUYERS PREMIUM - A seventeen (17%) buyer's fee will be added to each successful bid. Sellers remorse does not constitute a reason for return. After this time, funds will be released to the consignor and returns will not be accepted. 3. Disputes under this contract - Buyers & Marburg Auctions agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising between them resulting from the buyer participating in the auction or any resulting transaction. Any Mediation fees will be borne equally by each party. All mediation, arbitration & court shall be filed and conducted solely within York County, State of Pennsylvania and not in any other jurisdiction. 5. Announcements: Announcements may be made on the day of sale to clarify catalog descriptions or other information specific to a lot or individual property/merchandise item. These announcements take precedence over catalog information pertinent to the property/merchandise but do not alter in any way these basic terms and conditions of sale. 6. Addition or Deletion From Sale: Marburg Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed, to sell at this auction items not listed to group, subdivide lots or re catalog items. 7. Online bidders must be registered buyers with Proxibid. Each registered bidder is solely responsible for the use of his/her bidder number and any use by another person is presumed to be with the consent of and contractually binding on the registered bidder 8. At no point or under any circumstances shall Marburg Auctions, LLC be held responsible for such (above-mentioned) failures/delays if they should occur.
