All mediation, arbitration & court shall be filed and conducted solely within York County, State of Pennsylvania and not in any other jurisdiction. 5. Addition or Deletion From Sale: Marburg Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed, to sell at this auction items not listed to group, subdivide lots or re catalog items. 7.
