IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP OR ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE AUCTION, YOUR PROPERTY IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED ANDBECOMES PROPERTY OG THE AUCTION COMPANY. 6. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased from the time the auctioneer calls it sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the hammer falls. 7. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any injuries suffered while inspecting or buying. 8.
