Traditions Auction Company lists the title status according to what is printed on the title that is provided by the seller/consigner. Traditions Auction Co does not guarantee title status. All mechanical status are to be determined by the buyer prior to bidding. All lots are sold AS-IS. Traditions Auction Co is open during the week for in person preview. TAC assumes NO responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at the auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles. TAC does not guarantee factory or dealer warranties. The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the Buyer before the title is received by the Buyer. NC sales tax will be added to all invoice totals, with the exception of titled lots. Traditions Auction Company does not charge sales tax on titled lots. Sales tax will be removed from titled lots at the time of payment. (Credit cards carry an additional 4% convenience fee.) All titles will be made out according to the name and address on file. All titled lots are charged a $40.00 document fee.
