It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Frederick’s Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in all advertising but makes no representation. All Odometer or Hour Meter readings reflect readings as of the date of inspection are not guaranteed. Please make your own inspections. In no event shall Frederick’s Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Frederick’s Auction is providing internet live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under NO circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Frederick’s Auction or anyone else it the internet service fails to work correctly during the live auction. Frederick’s Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Frederick’s Auction reserves, the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Free load out will be available day of sale and for 30 days following. Loading assistance after June 29th, will be by appointment only with a minimum 24-hour notice!
