Under NO circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Frederick’s Auction or anyone else it the internet service fails to work correctly during the live auction. Free load out will be available day of sale and for 30 days following. Loading assistance after June 29th, will be by appointment only with a minimum 24-hour notice!
