Please note that this is a multi-location sale. Please consider all item locations, prior to bidding, as all bids are final and no refunds will be given due to item location. Lots 1-999: 1892 County St, Dighton MA 02715 Terms: All items must be paid in full in 3 business days, at our Dighton MA location by cash, bank check or credit card. All items must be picked up by August 7th @ 4:00 PM. North Country Auctions staff will be onsite to assist with load-out. Lots 1000-1999: 1400 Iron Horse Park, North Billerica, MA 01862 All items must be paid in full in 3 business days, at our Dighton MA location by cash, bank check or credit card. All items must be picked up by August 7th @ 4:00 PM. Sanford Contracting staff will be onsite to assist with load-out. Lots 2000-2200: 2632 George Hill Rd, Springfield NH 03284 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY All items must be paid in full in 3 business days, at our Dighton MA location by cash, bank check or credit card. All items must be picked up by August 7th @ 4:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS ALL BIDDERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN RIGGING FOR REMOVAL.
