PAYMENT:
• Purchaser will be notified of its winning bid on the date of Sale. Invoices will be emailed to Purchaser no later than the end of the 1st business day following the date of Sale.
• Complete payment is required within 3 business days of the sale. All major credit cards will be accepted, up to $5000.
• Should Purchaser fail to pay in full for all Auction Item(s) within 3 business days following the date of Sale, Purchaser shall remain fully responsible for the purchase price therefor and the buyer’s fee applicable thereto.
STORAGE FEE: $100 per item / per day. Fee starts accruing on 6th business day after sale date. All removals are by appointment only. Pickups need to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. Storage Fees must be paid prior to removal. After 21 calendar days items will be declared abandoned.

In no event shall Ziggy Brothers Auction Group LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Buyer acknowledges there is no covenant of warranty, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise with regard to liability, merchantability, or operational condition of any asset purchased. In the event that litigation is filed to enforce the terms of this agreement, the losing party in such litigation is responsible to pay the litigation costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the prevailing party.
The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If he/she is unsure, he/she should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”.

This is listed as a reserve auction, and some items may or may not be listed with reserves. The auction house reserves the right to pass on any items at any point before the hammer falls.
