DIXIE LUNCH AND FIFTH AVENUE RESTAURANT: have been in downtown Antigo for over 75 years. Founded in 1945 by Ed & Georgian Ourada, these family owned businesses have been meticulously maintained. Both restaurants are often very busy due to the amazing downtown location, high quality food, service, and comradery. The approx. 40’x97’ building includes city parking at the rear of the building that is partially owned by the Ouradas. The two restaurants share a foyer entrance. Fifth Avenue Restaurant accommodates approx. 65 guests with amenities such as a salad bar, broiler, fryer, privacy booths, and table seating, along with a full service bar with 18 stools, and an office area. Dixie Lunch seats approx. 95 guests, and features booths, tables, and counter seating. This side includes a basement, and an office area. Both businesses share a fully equipped kitchen, including areas for table bussing and dishwashing, along with three operational walk-in coolers and one walk-in freezer. Each side has its own restrooms. A new roof was installed in 2019, and there are two roof air conditioning units installed in the last ten years. Fifth Avenue had new flooring installed 2-3 years ago. There is currently a full liquor license that covers both businesses, with the actual bar being on the Fifth Avenue side. There is also a restaurant license covering the entire building. New owners will need to apply for new licenses in their names. Owners are including all equipment on both sides of the building unless stated in writing prior to the auction. A bill of sale will be given for all personal property and equipment, and a warranty deed given for the real estate. Food and liquor inventory will not be a part of this sale. An inspection of the building will be permitted for Buyer or Buyer’s Agents any time prior to the auction by appointment.
OPEN HOUSE: will be held on SATURDAY, AUGUST 24th from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M. where Nolan Sales representatives will be present to address property inquiries and financial details.
