APPLYING FOR TAX-EXEMPT STATUS: All taxable items are subject to a 6.3% Sales Tax Some bidders may be exempt from payment of applicable taxes. If you wish to apply for tax-exempt status, you must submit a completed copy of your tax-exempt certificate prior to this auction’s closing. Please note that you must declare that you are tax exempt when registering for the auction. If you do not follow the procedures discussed in this paragraph, the Auctioneer will be unable to consider identifying you as exempt from taxation, and you will have to apply directly to the applicable state for a refund. Lucky L's and Berger's personnel will direct you to the location of your item(s), and, at their discretion load items. (Loadout fees may apply) Lucky L's and Berger's  personnel will not push, pull, or drive equipment or trucks onto trailers, stack trailers, or load large items. Storage Fee:  Any item remaining after the Removal Deadline, a $10 per day, per item fee will be charged to the buyer until the item is removed. Anything remaining 60 (sixty) days after the Removal Deadline will be considered abandoned and Lucky L  may take possession of the asset(s). UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGMENTS ARE MADE!
