Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Sales Corporation prior to auction date. NSF checks will be charged a $45.00 fee. ONSITE BIDDING There is NO ONSITE BUYERS FEE!! All items are taxable unless a WI Sales Tax exemption form is completed. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable except for title fees. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the WI Sales Tax exemption form is completed in its entirety. A photo ID is required to obtain a bidder number. Settlement must be made in full on day of auction and can be made anytime during the auction. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Sales Corporation prior to auction date. ONLINE BIDDING If you are unable to attend the auction in person, simultaneous internet bidding is available thru www.WausauAuctioneers.com. A 3% buyer's fee plus sales tax (exempt if applicable per WI Tax Exemption form) per lot will be added to internet purchases. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable except for title fees.
