There is a 15% online buyer’s premium in effect for all purchases made online. All items sell where is as is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise prior to placing bids. Buyer shall assume responsibility of all property upon close of Auction. Tibbs Auction is not responsible for any missing or stolen items. If items are paid for and left after 2 weeks there will be a $100 per day storage charge plus any costs associated with moving or working around said items. Bidders are to be personally liable for any bids made with their bidding number.
