We accept Visa, Master Card American Express, and Discover credit cards. We reserve the right to accept money orders, cash, and bank or certified check as acceptable forms of payment at our discretion for pick-up bidders ONLY.. Invoices will be sent out within two hours of the auction ending. Payment is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice. Payments can be made through ATGPay's payment system by clicking the pay now button. If you are tax exempt but you see sales tax on your invoice, send an email to payments@proxibid.com with your sales tax exempt documentation. If payment is not received within 3 days of receiving the invoice, we will be charging the cards on file unless prior arrangement has been made with L&H Auctions. Pickup days are: day of auction, Saturday, October 26, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm & Monday, October 28, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Failure to pick up purchases in this time frame will result in the loss of Payment and items purchased! All items sold absolute. All Items are Being Sold ' AS IS'. L&H Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The buyer should assume all items are not free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. It shall be the bidder's responsibility, whether present or absentee, to determine the condition of each item.
