Buyers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for procuring titles for any lots in the auction.
All articles are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" and with no warranties or guaranties of any type either expressed or implied made by BARTEL & COMPANY or the Seller.
In no event shall the auctioneers, any employee, agent or associate of Bartel & Company be responsible or liable for any such warranties, guarantees or the description of any article offered for sale.
All statements in print as well as verbal statements made by the auctioneer or staff have come from supposedly reliable sources. However, Bartel & Company and the Seller assume no responsibility or liability for any representations and shall have no obligation to verify or authenticate such statements or claims.
This is a no Reserve Auction. Each lot offered in this auction shall be sold the highest bidder, with out reserve with no minimums what so ever.
Payment for any purchase shall be made directly to the Auctioneer Escrow Account from the Buyer. All payments must be made with good funds that are defined as cash, verified Auctioneer approved cashier's checks, wire transfer ($25 fee added for domestic $50 fee for international) and certain credit cards with 5% added fee or personal/company checks approved by the Auctioneers. No article can be removed from the premises before settlement is made. Any non US buyers will need to pay by wire transfer.
Lots may be retained on auction site, at the Auctioneer’s discretion until Buyer's funds clear the Bartel & Company Escrow bank account.
The Buyer at Buyer’s expense following the sale and settlement shall remove all articles from the sale facilities no later than July 8, 2024. Once the Auctioneer has declared the article sold, then the buyer shall be responsible for such item starting at that time. Auctioneers are providing no insurance coverage post auction.
Once your bid is placed it is irrevocable till the auction closes. If your bid is the final one, you must pay your bid and other fees and settle for the same as described above.
If any check given in payment is dishonored for any reason, (including but not limited to insufficient funds, stop payment, no signature or the like), then Buyer agrees, whether such check is given by buyer as maker or endorser, that if such check is placed in the hands of and attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney fees, as well as any collection or bank service charges incurred, together with all court costs and any associated expenses in the collection of payment.
Indiana Auctioneers are required to collect 7% Indiana Sales Tax at the point of sale from any purchaser who is NOT a licensed dealer regardless of their State or Country of Residence.

Buyers agree to pay 7% Indiana Sales tax, unless they can provide dealer documentation proving their exemption. We will provide you with the Indiana ST108A tax form.
