Payment

Auction company will send out invoices after the conclusion of the auction. Please disregard any invoices generated from sources other than directly from Legacy Auction Services, LLC. Payment remitted based off any other invoice except auction company’s direct invoice, will not be honored nor considered legitimate in satisfying the terms of the sale. If you do not receive an invoice a few hours after the auction concludes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you wish to claim a tax exemption, please notify us as such once you have received your invoice by returning the appropriate form completed to grant tax exemption. Once tax exemption is verified by Legacy Auction Services, LLC, an amended invoice will be sent out with taxes omitted from it. Texas Sales Tax is 6.75%. There will be no refunds granted for sales tax exemptions once payment has been remitted to the auction company. Therefore, tax exemptions will need to be made known prior to remittance of payments. Payment in the form of cash, credit card (incurs a 4.5% fee and only accepted on invoices totaling $2,500 or less) or approved local check is due by Monday November 25th @ 3 PM. Load out will be from 9-3 on Saturday November 23rd, 1-5 Sunday November 24th, and 9-3 Monday November 25th. This will be an online-only, timed auction with bidding beginning November 15th and closing beginning at 10 AM on November 22nd. There is an 18% buyer premium assessed on this auction. auction. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED by Monday, November 25th @ 3 PM, buyer will be reported for nonpayment and will be blocked from participating in any future auctions conducted by Legacy Auction Services, LLC as well as potential loss of bidding privileges altogether on the respective internet bidding platform.
