Legacy Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a bid, for any reason deemed fit by the company or its representatives and auctioneers, that is not in the best interest of the seller or that is not significant or is not a recognized advancement of the bid in the auctioneer’s chosen increment. Legacy Auction Services, LLC is not responsible for any missed bids due to technological challenges or difficulties stemming from its own, the bidder’s, or the bidding platform’s occurrence of issue. All items are expected to be picked up within the given window following the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company and/or the contact personnel at item(s)’ location.
