FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY 3PM ON TUESDAY 11/19/24. Payment can be made onsite on day of sale until 4PM, Friday 11/15 from 9AM to 3PM, Monday 11/18 & Tuesday 11/19 from 9AM to 3PM.
Payment in US Dollars payable to ServCorp International, Inc. will be accepted via Cash, Wire Transfer, and Cashier's Check, Money Order and/or Personal/Business Check with a current irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee. Checks without a guarantee letter will only be accepted up to the amount of $5,000. No bank counter checks are accepted. Bank wires must have $15 wire fee added to invoice total and must be received before payment deadline. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express will be accepted, however a 3% convenience fee will be added to total. No Bank drafts/ACH accepted. Credit card charge backs are not accepted.

This is a live onsite auction with online bidding. Onsite bidders register at the auction site. Each person wanting to bid online must register through Proxibid with a valid credit card. You will not be approved to bid until you have entered all required information for the registration process. This auction is linked to two timed auctions for the Sheriff's Office on 11/15; if you register for one auction you will be registered for all three with the same paddle number.
By registering for and bidding online in this auction, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions as stated for the auction. When the bidder is awarded the bid and declared the purchaser by the Auctioneer, the bidder agrees to pay for the items as required. Winning Bids are not contingent upon financing; If you do not have money in hand to purchase items, do not bid; you are legally responsible even if you cannot get financing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you work for any of the entities that this auction is being conducted for, please check with your supervisor before you bid on any items, as most entities do not allow their employees to bid due to ethics reasons.
All items are sold 'As Is, Where Is' without warranty and with all faults/defects. Some items in this auction may be subject to reserve; if reserve is not met, item will not be declared as sold. PLEASE read the information in Lot 0/0A in the auction as they contains important information regarding this auction.
Invoices for winning online high bidders will be emailed after the auction has concluded. If you haven't received it within a few hours after auction concludes please check your spam/junk folder for it. Your invoice is also available on your bidder account on Proxibid. Please note that bidders can come to the auction site to pay before they receive their Proxibid invoice.
For vehicles, make sure you register your name and/or company name and information correctly for completing your vehicle paperwork. If you are a car dealer, please make sure you register this way. There is a fee for corrections after paperwork has been completed. Your dealers paperwork must be emailed to yvette@servcorpii.com for verification.

Buyer's Premium of 16% will be added on all online bidder's purchases (i.e. $1,000 + $160 = $1,160 (plus notary fee and/or tax if applicable). A Sales Tax of 8.7% will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Sales Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer's premium. Buyers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate prior to payment, however if sales tax is later determined to be due, buyer agrees to bear all the liability of the sales tax for their purchases and remit such tax to the Auction Company and/or sales tax authority. If you are tax exempt, your paperwork must be emailed to yvette@servcorpii.com for verification. Any vehicle, trailer, etc. having no title and listed as 'Scrap' or 'Parts' will be sold without paperwork and will be a taxable transaction.
If the lot states the vehicle was 'Runs' that means at the time of inventory the vehicle was started under its own power or with the use of external jump box, was put into gear, and moved forward. This statement is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle is roadworthy or will be able to start, be put into gear or capable of moving forward/backward at the time of the sale. Please inspect all items before bidding, all items sold "as is" no warranty with all faults/defects.
There is a $ 25.00 notary fee, added at time of invoice, for all vehicles, boats &/or trailers and/or any other item with title or that require a bill of sale. A valid photo I.D. is required to complete notary transactions at time of purchase. Title work will usually be available on auction day or the week after payment is received. If the purchaser is from out of state, once payment is received, a copy of title and bill of sale for each applicable item will be sent within 48 hours to the purchaser for signature. Upon receipt of these copies back by the Auction Company the original titles/bills of sale will then be sent by priority mail to the purchaser within 14 business days. If the buyer is local, paperwork can be picked up from our auction site location.
All plastic pallets, basket crates, folding tables used to display items are not included in the lots, they are the property of the Auction Company and/or seller, unless otherwise stated.
Although information is derived from sources believed to be true and correct, the auction company/seller makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, on the items for sale and shall not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without warranty and with all faults/defects. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose. All counts are approximate. Items/vehicles may be wrecked, have dents, scratches, flat tires, tears, defects, missing catalytic converters, etc. Although the lot description may not mention defects or missing parts, does not mean there are not any, buyer must rely on their own inspection before bidding. All sellers & auctioneers reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids or remove items from auction. All items from government entities in this auction will be subject to reserve and will not be sold for a price less than allowed by law.
No item shall be removed from the auction site until paid in full. Local Pickup Only. Auction Company does not package or ship auction items. Removal/Shipping is sole responsibility of the purchaser and purchaser must supply their own handling equipment for removal/loading. No dock or ramps are available at the auction site. REMOVAL dates and times are stated in the checkout section. All purchases must be removed on or before deadline. Weekend removal is available for a fee and by appointment only. Any items not removed within the stated removal dates/times are considered abandoned and may be resold/disposed of without notice to the buyer and all monies from any resale of unpaid items and/or abandoned items shall be retained by Auction Company/Seller.

Potential bidder and/or Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. When entering any of the auction sites you do this at your own risk.
Auction Company represents the Sellers interests in these transactions. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed material and/or prior oral statements. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once item has been declared sold, the buyer has entered into a contract and is responsible for the items. Winning Bids are not contingent upon financing. All sales are final. The Auction Company/Seller shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery of any purchased item(s), other than the return of the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot if applicable.
The Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond their control. Internet bidders should be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the software failing to recognize your bid. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company, seller, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. The Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
For timed auctions, internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins to close. You can verify your bids under your account dashboard to confirm it has been placed. For live auctions with online bidding, ServCorp is not responsible for clerking errors. Although you may place a high bid in the system, the auctioneer may elect to take a floor bid the over internet bid and vice versa. The high bid and high bidder is only determined by the Auctioneer who is calling the auction and not by the clerk of the online bidding platform.
