The year of manufacture, physical descriptions, physical condition, and hour/mileage references are to be used as a GUIDE ONLY. We do everything possible to assure accuracy, however we all are subject to errors. Year of manufacture, when available, has been verified by various date-reference publications or verification with the manufacturer. When not available, the year may be provided by the owner and so noted within the description. Hour Meter/Odometer readings represented are merely noted from a visual observation of those meters. We make no representation to accuracy. The conditions represented are assessed only from a physical walk-around and very limited operational functions. All items are sold AS-IS and NO WARRANTY of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is being implied. A glossary of the conditions represented, to be used as a guideline, are as follows: Excellent: New, unused, or extremely low hours. Very Good: Limited service, usually late model or close to new appearance. Good: Normal use, regular wear and tear. Fair: More than normal wear and tear, operational, but may have mechanical issues. Poor: Shows considerable wear, may be parts only, non-operational.

We do not permit the owners or agents of the owner to bid on their own equipment. If this happens, it is certainly without our knowledge and consent, and we welcome you to bring it to our attention. The appropriate actions will be taken. 3. Everything in today's sale will be sold As-Is Where-Is; without guarantee or warranty expressed or implied. Items become the sole responsibility of purchaser at Knock Down.? All sales are final! 4. Online Bidding: Live internet bidding will be provided by Proxibid. Proxibid will charge an Internet Service Provider Fee of 5% to the successful internet bidder for items over $10,000 and 10% for items $10,000 and under, for each lot purchased on-line. Internet Purchasers must pay in full, via wire transfer, immediately upon invoice. No items will be be removed from auction site without complete payment. All online international bidders must first place a $10,000 USD, refundable deposit in order to bid. These funds will either be applied to the purchase invoice or be refunded via wire transfer in a timely manner. All refunded deposits will be less a $50 USD fee to cover incoming and outgoing wire fees. 5.
