Please include your name and or paddle number in the title line of the email so we can associate the FFL with your order. You must send us an FFL with every invoice; we do not keep them on file. We ship to all 50 States, including California and New York, but we are required to follow the laws of your state. Shipping will be delayed if your FFL requires us to contact them. Every FFL is different, please search for one that is reasonably priced and easy to work with. INTERNATIONAL SALES: We do not ship international. If you need international shipping, you must arrange shipping with an external vendor or exporter. We will only ship to a US based address. We cannot sell ITAR restricted items to international bidders. SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE YOUR RESPONISBILITY: WE WILL SHIP TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID/LIVE AUCTIONEERS FOR ALL ELIGIBLE ITEMS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING. IF WE SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT YOU LISTED INCORRECTLY WITH PROXIBID/LIVE AUCTIONEERS, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING IT BACK FOR YOU. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES, TRACKING & STORAGE: We have a very small shipping department, we generally ship out all items in the auction within 2-3 weeks of the auctions closing; shipping does not start until the Tuesday following the auction (First day of our business week). We will send you tracking information via your email on file once the item is ready for shipment. Generally we ship about 20 orders per workday. If your item requires an FFL/C&R and we don’t have it, we can’t ship it. We won’t contact you about needing an FFL until all other orders have shipped, it is your responsibility to send an FFL for each invoice/auction. Please keep in mind, each time you call or email with a question, we have to stop packing and shipping to find an answer. Multiplied by around 200 winning bidders, it begins to slow the process down. If we do not receive valid shipping information within 30 days following the auction, your item(s) will incur a $25 per month storage fee per item thereafter (until legally considered abandoned property, or the storage fees exceed the final value). SHIPPING, GENERAL: We will add estimated shipping charges to your initial invoice. If additional shipping expense is required, we reserve the right to adjust the invoice accordingly, and charge your card. Generally long guns will cost around $65 for shipping, handguns run about $35, in the lower 48 (Actual charges may vary). We will group multiple like items together when possible, to save our customers shipping expenses. We strive to keep shipping prices as low as possible to save you money; our goal is to make shipping cost neutral and cover our shipping expenses. When we ship items, you are paying for the box, packaging materials as well as a handling, insurance and postage; even the smallest items may cost between $8-15 to ship. The cost for shipping is not at all based on the sale price. Ammunition must be shipped separately. Firearms require sending packages with adult signature which adds to the cost. By default, we will ship non-firearms items to your shipping address listed with Proxibid/Live Auctioneers. Shipping can be expensive, shipping rates are increasing through all carriers, and we only ship with tracking and insurance. We ship through Fed-Ex and USPS only. If you modify a delivery to your shipping address, we will not be responsible for your item if it becomes lost or incurs extra shipping fees; and insurance will be voided. We will only ship to your address on file with Proxibid/Live Auctioneers (for eligible items). We do not ship items internationally; you must find a US based exporter. IN STORE PICKUP: If you have won your item through Proxibid/Live Auctioneers and live in the local Hampton Roads region, we will assume you are picking up your items in store. You will not be able to pick up your items until the Tuesday following the auction (We need to wait until invoicing is complete, which is usually not until the next day). You will be required to pickup your items within 30 days of the auctions closing date. The local area includes the cites of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Currituck County and other contiguous counties and municipalities within the Virginia/North Carolina Tidewater region. Generally, if you are within an hour drive from Virginia Beach, you will be considered local. If items are not picked up within 30 days following the auction, your item(s) will incur a $25 per month storage fee per item thereafter (until legally considered abandoned property, or the storage fees exceed the final value). We will not be liable for loss or damage to local pickup items that remain in store after 30 days. FFL Required (Federal Firearms License): Items marked "FFL Required" or "FFL" means the firearm being sold is a regulated firearm and must be transferred to a dealer or it can be transferred to an individual with the required paperwork and background check. If you are having your firearm shipped, we will need a copy of your chosen dealers FFL to ship the firearm, so you can pick it up from your dealer. This does not mean you yourself need an FFL. PAYMENT: By bidding and winning an item you are bound to pay the agreed hammer price plus buyers premium, taxes, shipping, fees etc. Your card on file will be charged within 24 hrs following the auction. If your payment fails, you have 10 days following the auction to settle payment for items won at auction. If you do not pay in this timeframe, you will be flagged with Proxibid/Live Auctioneers as a non-paying bidder. If you do not pay in 10 days, you will lose any right to these items. We exclusively accept credit cards and ACH for payments on Proxibid/Live Auctioneers purchases. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECK OR WIRE PAYMENTS THROUGH ONLINE BIDING. PAYMENTS FOR GERMAN WWII “NAZI” MEMORIBILA: Proxibid/Live Auctioneers payment processor, Payrix, will not allow the sale of historic WWII era German militaria/memorabilia through their platform. If you are getting an error message while trying to pay for an invoice that contains such WWII German militaria, Proxibid/Live Auctioneers is blocking payment through their system for compliance reasons. We will send you an external invoice via email and/or text for payment if your invoice contains any “Nazi” memorabilia approximately 72 hours following the auction. We will not refund shipping. No chargebacks are allowed; any attempted chargeback will result in a black flag with Proxibid / Live Auctioneers and will be challenged to the fullest extent of the law. We will only provide refunds for the following situations: Broken in shipping or a grossly incorrect description (E.G. incorrectly identified/listed gun such as wrong caliber/model/manufacturer). We will not allow refunds for any other reasons, including disagreement over stated condition (E.G. good condition vs fair condition), disputed authenticity, unlisted flaws, stains, minor/cosmetic damage or appearing to operate properly in our care, but not functioning upon receipt. Refunds will follow an insurance claims process, which must be completed before a refund is issued. Refunds will be returned to the method of payment originally charged (i.e. same card or account). Almost everything we sell is used, and the property of a consignor outside our business. Please have all firearms checked for safety and functionality by a qualified gunsmith. By bidding in this auction you are permitting us to contact you in regard to this auction or any future auction we may host. LEGAL ISSUES: IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF ALL STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS BEFORE BIDDING. For instance, if you live in New York or California, we are required to send ammunition to an FFL dealer. Or, If you live in a state like New York or California and you purchase a firearm, ammunition or accessory that is subject to a ban, we cannot send it to you. It is your responsibility to know before bidding if an item is legal for you to own or not. You are still required to pay for the item, and we will re-auction it for you with you as the consignor.
