It's okay to send someone to pick up your items if you can't make it to the pick up time slots. We need our warehouse space for future upcoming auctions and it is an inconvenience to both our staff, the buyers and the sellers we represent when items are not removed on time. We will bill your card on file $10/day for items not picked up on time. This will apply to buyers within a 2 hour radius of Omaha. We will not bill the storage fee to out of state buyers, we will try and get items shipped out as soon as possible. If you know you can't pick up, please contact us prior to the last pickup day and we can hold your items for a few days without charging a storage fee.
