Item Details
Buyers are responsible to do their own inspection of equipment to determine the condition and usefulness of the items that they purchase. Preview times: Wednesday prior to the auction from 9 am -4pm or by appointment. Contact Zach for appointment 931-224-0699.
Payment
All payment are due immediately upon receipt of your invoice. Payment Terms: 15% online buyers premium are in effect for all purchases. Cash, Company Check with a bank letter of Good Standing, Wire Transfer and Credit cards are accept, with limits.
Credit cards accepted up to $2500. Cash accepted up to $10,000. Bank Letter of Good Standing is to be presented to the office at registration, online bidders may email: info@gwkittrellauctions.com

.Once your payment is received and clears our bank, you will be contacted to confirm your information regarding the title registration. Estimated time for titles arrival to buyer is 15 days. A $25 Title processing fee will apply to all titled vehicles. This fee will be added to your invoice.

Rigging is the responsibility of the buyer. All contractual agreements are made between the buyer and a rigger. If you choose to rig your own equipment, it is required that you provide a $1 million certificate of liability insurance naming the seller and GW Kittrell Auctions as the beneficiary. Contact our office for seller's information. All buyers are responsible for any damage they do to their own equipment and to any damage that they may cause to anyone one else's equipment including buildings and property.
