Estimated time for titles arrival to buyer is 15 days. A $25 Title processing fee will apply to all titled vehicles. This fee will be added to your invoice. Buyers are responsible to do their own inspection of equipment to determine the condition and usefulness of the items that they purchase. Contact Zach Kittrell for appointment to inspect equipment. Removal Deadline: See each individual lot for details regarding removal deadline. Rigging is the responsibility of the buyer. All contractual agreements are made between the buyer and a rigger. If you choose to rig your own equipment, it is required that you provide a $1 million certificate of liability insurance naming the seller and GW Kittrell Auctions as the beneficiary. All buyers are responsible for any damage they do to their own equipment and to any damage that they may cause to anyone one else's equipment including buildings and property.
