The Payment Due will be the final 'hammer' price plus the internet premium (8.5%) and a $695 documentation/processing fee per auction lot won. Payment Due in full within 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction.
Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer unless previous authorization is granted by the auctioneer. If Auctioneer agrees to accept a payment via credit card, a 3% credit card fee may be assessed. Bidder agrees that insufficient available funds to pay the full Payment Due shall not be a valid defense for non-payment.
An Auction Lot that calls for financing will require the Bidder to formally enter into a Contract for Deed with complete terms and conditions. By placing a bid, Bidder thereby agrees to be bound by the terms of the Contract for Deed, regardless of whether the bidder formally executes the Contract for Deed thereafter.
