Imported by EMF Co California (Pre-Taurus), very slick trigger and action, bright color-case hardened receiver, trigger and lever, blued barrel and magazine tube, excellent condition metal, very nice wood stock and foregrip, leather-wrapped lever and butt stock
Payment
15% Buyer’s Premium. If you purchase any "high risk" items, your entire transaction will be subject to Proxibid's processing fee of 4.25% + $0.25. If you do NOT purchase any "high risk" items, your entire transaction will be subject to Proxibid's processing fee of 3.75% + $0.25. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted. All bidders will pay your state/local sales tax unless you have uploaded your sales tax license on Proxibid.
SALES TAX: We are required to collect out-of-state sales tax, which Proxibid remits to the taxing authority on our behalf. If you are sales tax exempt, your valid sales tax license must be uploaded to Proxibid or you will be charged sales tax. If you were charged sales tax and should not have been, we do not have the ability to adjust your invoice; you have to call Proxibid to correct this or email your sales tax license to payments@proxibid.com.
Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email following the auction to pay for your items. The card you have on file with Proxibid will not automatically be charged. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance is invoiced separately through Shipping Saint. If you are not a Michigan resident, we must ship to an FFL in your state and you must email a copy of that FFL to jen@twoalphaauctions.com or fax to (269) 216-6378 no later than the Friday immediately following the auction.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling and insurance costs. INSURANCE IS MANDATORY. Two Alpha Auctions, LLC, reserves the right to purchase outside shipper’s insurance, to be self-insured, or a combination of both. We use USPS insurance rates. Your item(s) will be insured commensurate with the sale price of the item. We use Shipping Saint and you will receive an email and/or a text to pay your S&H invoice. Your item(s) will not ship until the S&H invoice is paid. We charge actual shipping and a handling fee of $15/long gun, $10/hand gun, $10/non-firearm. We do our best to box items together to minimize S&H costs.

ABSENTEE BIDS: Absentee bids need to be received by our office and confirmed no later than the Wednesday immediately prior to the auction. You may either 1) call our office at (269) 781-7100; or 2) email jen@twoalphaauctions.com.
BIDS AWARDED TO LIVE BIDDERS: Just so it is clear to online and absentee bidders on how we handle internet bids, although you are willing to go to $400.00, for example, as your top bid prior to the actual live auction, depending on the increments and where the bid starts, you may not be the successful bidder at your high bid. We start the bidding at the higher of the Proxibid or absentee current bid unless a live bidder starts the bidding higher. From that point, if a live on-line bidder bids $400.00, your absentee high bid of $400.00 will not be successful, as we give priority to live, in-person bidders first, and Proxibid live bidders second.
Please do not call the auction company the day of the auction. The auction is held in a separate location from our place of business. If you have an issue with bidding, contact Proxibid directly at 1-877-505-7770.
