Thank you for participating in a Baer Auctioneers - Realty, LLC Online Auction.At the end of the auction you will receive an emailed invoice from Proxibid / ATG Pay which will include the buyer's premium and credit card / ACH processing fees (see below for fee breakdown). Buyers can follow the appropriate links to pay your invoice or, if local, you may pay when picking up. Any invoice not paid after 72 hours will be automatically charged. Ohio Residents and all who pick up at our facility, will be charged 7.25% sales tax. Internet buyers will be charged for entire packaging and shipping costs. Everything is sold 'as is' and all sales are final. Buyers Premium: 15% Card Card Fees: 4.25% & $0.25 ACH Fees: 1.5% and $0.50 The shipping will not begin until the Monday following the auction. After the auction all buyers will receive an email via Shipping Saint to choose either pick up or shipping.  After your package is ready to be sent you will receive another email to confirm your address and pay for the shipping.  After you pay we will get it out within the next 24 - 48 hours.  The cost for shipping is the actual cost of shipping and insurance plus a handling fee of $3 - $10 + time.  If you buy a lot of items or items that are time consuming to pack your handling fee may exceed $10 but most packages it will not.  The handling is figured on the entire invoice not per lot.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING AMMUNITION THAT IT IS HEAVY AND THAT THE SHIPPING & HANDLING MAY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE. ALL AMMO OR POWDER BEING SENT TO CALIFORNIA OR NEW YORK MUST BE TRANSFERRED TO A DEALER IN THOSE STATES. There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. If a firearm is purchased and cannot be shipped to the buyer's state the buyer is still responsible for payment of said firearm and the firearm will be sold at our next scheduled firearms auction. All items will be sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no financing, inspection or other contingencies to sale. All out of state sales will be shipped to an FFL licensee. All FFL Buyers please bring a copy of current license. All non-FFL purchasers must pass NICS background check screening. All purchasers of firearms must present valid government issued photo identification; the government allows no exceptions. Photo ID must have physical street address; P.O. boxes are not an acceptable form of identification. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition, and 21 years old to purchase hand guns and hand gun ammunition. International Buyers? Yes we will sell firearms and related items (including: ammo, gun parts, scope, reloading equipment and accessories) to international buyers. Anything that is considered a firearm or related to a firearm will need imported please contact the auction company to see if the item(s) you would like to purchase will need exported before bidding. Below are listed two export companies that we work with to export your purchases and only these two. Please inquire as to their fees and process.
