Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if a dispute arises between two or more recognized bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. If there is a tie bid between the floor and the internet the floor bid shall take precedence and the internet bidder shall have the option to raise his bid to the next increment. All items must be removed from the auction premises within five (5) business days after the end of the auction. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
