All items are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" as announced at the time of sale. Notice to Buyer: the vehicles/associated equipment are sold as and where is and with all faults. Seller/PFA makes no warranties, express or implied as to the equipment. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PFA from any/all damages, injuries, and/or causes of action which may involve any equipment, vehicle, and/or associated equipment occurring subsequent to the date of this sale or such equipment, vehicle, and/or associated equipment. Any announcements made by the auctioneer on sale day shall take precedence over any printed or advertised information. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay attention to such announcements. 3. All sales are final. Upon close of the sale, FULL PAYMENT is required by CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK, or PERSONAL CHECK with BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. Online Buyers- Upon Close of the sale full payment is required by credit card or wire transfer. Buyer is responsible for contacting auction staff to arrange payment. Failure to settle up or make payment arrangment within 48 hours will result in banning from the platform and any future PFA events. Credit card on file will be billed for full amount if payment is not processed with 48 hours following conclusion of the sale. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS! 4. The following fees apply to all sales. NO exceptions. Buyers fee: 10% of all purchases. Sales tax will be charged unless G.A.T.E. Card is presented. Online Buyer Fee is 16% with a 4% Discount for cash settlement. TVAT fees will be charged when applicable. 5. Pickens FFA Alumni/ Pickens County Schools WILL NOT be responsible for any lots damaged or lost at the auction site during and after the auction. All purchases MUST be removed from the auction site by Wednesday at 5 p.m. following the auction, otherwise storage fees will apply at commercial rates starting on Thursday after the sale and late fees of $25/day will be added to your final bill. All lots left at the auction yard for more than 30 days will be re-sold by Pickens FFA Alumni to recuperate storage fees. This includes ALL bidders...........NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. All funds MUST clear Pickens FFA Alumni’s bank before paperwork/vehicles will be released. NO EXCEPTIONS! 7. If a dispute arises the buyer will pay any/all legal fees. 8.
