All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - We will contact the winning bidder after the auction ends for payment arrangements. Accepted forms of payment are: (1) Wire Transfer (preferred payment method - we will email you wiring instructions after the auction ends). (2) Certified/Cashier's Checks (made payable to Farnsworth Auctions LLC). (3) Cash. Payment in full must be received within three (3) days after the auction ends. - Item must be removed from the auction site within ten (10) days after the auction ends. Payment in full must be made before the item can be removed from the auction site. Any items left at the auction site after ten (10) days will be forfeited by the bidder, and no refunds will be issued. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
