Buyer Premium: The buyers premium listed above will apply to all winning online bidders. TN Taxes will apply to purchases. Winning bidders will received an emailed invoice from the auction company within 24 hrs. of the end of auction. All accounts must be settled by Monday, May 12, 2025 at 12 PM. NO EXECPTIONS. Wire Transfers are the preferred payment method. Cashiers Checks will be accepted if delivered within the timeframe. Pickup location addresses will be sent with your paid invoice. . Buyer is responsible for shipping. If payment is not received within the 72 hr. window the buyer will forfeit their rights to bid at Clayton Auction Co. in the future. All bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted, to insure adequate communication between Clayton Auction Co., and their purchasers throughout any transaction. General Information: The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance and/or reject any bids, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in any bidding disputes, and has final authority to name a bidder as the final purchaser. The auctioneer or auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' or unseen bids. Clayton Auction Co. reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. Clayton Auction Co. shall not be held responsible on delays in Title work for any of the following; Items that require Payoffs after the sale, Incorrect title information, delays from consignors to the auction company. Clayton Auction Co. will assist in the payoff process should that be required after the sale, fees for payoffs will be based on the transaction. Please let Clayton Auction Co. know ASAP if your titles will be delayed in getting to Clayton Auction Co. for any reason. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by Clayton Auction Co. in the collection of funds owed. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to any unpaid balance due the auction company, as well as any other costs or losses incurred due to the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. 2.
