This is from a MM expert after we sent pics and video to him.
We agree the tractor is an experimental. It will take further research to determine it's age. The operator station is unique and may be the clue to further identification. Seeing the tag on the right side of the transmission (if it still exists) would help. If should have Xand a 3 digit number around 200 (eg X205) We know MM numbered the experimental tractors sequentially and we have seen tractors numbered from X93 from the 1940's to X231 and X253 from the 1950's. Because this is an experimental ZB I am guessing from late 1940's to early 1950's so that is why I think it should be close to X200.

Could not get numbers to show, too much reflection.
Man that had the farm MM tested on located in Minnesota river bottoms below the airport and now part of a state park. MM tested tractors there. Ben Van Zee was listed as department head tractors on 1960 MM organization chart. Charlie Barth as was Kenny Ibsen who both were listed as Field Test Engineers. Charlie and Kenny came from Moline Plow and I remember Charlie when I worked there. The husband/wife we bought them from told us how MM tested tractors on the farm in Minnasota river bottoms and Ben Van Zee was the MM engineer and he kept saying he could not sell them as the tractors belonged to MM and Ben VanZee. Minnesota DNR bought their river bottom farm for park land and they moved to Bombay Mn. Bombay is located about 50 miles south of the Minneapolis airport. Bombay is a tiny burg about half way between Kenyon and Wanimingo. Dick worked at MM I believe in 1960 to about 1974 and moved to Toro. I worked at White Farm Equipment in engine development 1973 to 1976 and then also went to Toro.
