The sale of an item is final when declared “Sold” by auctioneer. Stovesand is not liable for the death of, or injury to, any person which may occur in connection with the use of any item, and buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Stovesand harmless from all such liability. Buyer is fully responsible for all bids made under the bidder number under which they are registered.
