If you are not a resident of Oregon, you must have a current Federal Firearms License to take delivery of firearms or have an FFL holder in your state take delivery of firearms for you. Firearms purchases are subject to a $35 background check fee. * All purchases are to be paid for by VISA, MasterCard or Discover, immediately after each Auction. On purchases exceeding $1,000.00, we may ask for payment via wire transfer to our bank. Titled motor vehicles must be paid for with cash, local bank cashier check or wire transfer. Capitol Auction reserves the option to hold purchases until authorization is obtained on credit cards or cashier checks. No lot may be transferred to another buyer. * By registering to bid on our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Capitol Auction. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name.
