All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. - Accepted forms of payment are Credit cards, made through atgPay. Payment in full is due within 3 days after the auction ends. Bidder must have a valid credit card on file with Proxibid prior to bidding. Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Wire transfers are accepted from tax exempt buyers who are FFL dealers (invoices over $2,500 ONLY). Cash is accepted from local buyers (Ohio residents) who pick up their item(s) during our scheduled checkout time. - ALL FFL rules apply. Firearm sales are subject to 4473 transfer. If being shipped, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. Farnsworth Auctions LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. - Items must be removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event. - Additional Terms for Firearm Sales: OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in buyer's state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. See each lot description for shipping costs. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! No international shipping. LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup dates are Wednesday, October 15 and Thursday, October 16 at our office in Seville, OH. Hours are 10 AM until 1 PM and 4 PM until 7 PM each day. Please plan to pick up your items during one of these times! All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH (not checks) during the pickup time for a 5% discount. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location). - ADDITIONAL AUCTION TERMS: All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties.
