The use of any purchased firearm or ammunition is entirely at the user's risk. We recommend having all firearms inspected by a competent Gunsmith. We disclaim any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the storage or use of firearms or ammunition. 4. Online Bidding Premium: For online and absentee bidders, we will email you a preliminary invoice at the conclusion of the second day of the sale. Please Read the instructions with this preliminary invoice, We may use the last FFL you provided at a previous purchase, but if there are changes, please notify us by email asap. An 18% buyer's premium applies to HiBid, Proxibid, iCollector, and Live Auctioneers, Bidding direct with us is 15%. There is a 3% discount for checks (required to provide copy of your Driver's License), money orders, and ACH transfers, Wire Transfers are a $25.00 fee. It is your responsibility to contact the valid FFL provider of your choice for the transfer and have them email a copy of their license to transfers@brandusedworks.com with your name on the email. 5. Compliance with Laws: It is YOUR responsibility to understand and comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding the items you bid on. No refunds or returns will be issued for items that are not allowed in your jurisdiction. All sales are final. 6. Inspection and Responsibility: Bidders who are not present at the live auction understand that they may not have the opportunity to inspect items in person. It is your responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, and value of items before bidding. 7. Internet Bidding: We offer internet bidding as a service, but we do not guarantee its functionality. We are not responsible for missed bids due to technical issues. Auction House's Right: We reserve the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in the auction for any reason deemed necessary by Brand Used Works, We reserve the right to refuse service to any bidder for any reason deemed by Brand Used Works. 9. Payment: All sales are for cash, cashier's check, ACH (with required completed form)local personal check with pre-approval, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or Debit Card. A Credit Card processing fee of 3% will be added to all credit card payments. There will be a $50.00 fee for returned checks or chargebacks. 10. Pickup and Storage: Locals, Items must be paid for and picked up within one week of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. A late charge and storage fee of $5.00 per day will apply after 14 days. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned. 11. Shipping: We use FedEx and U.S.P.S. for shipping. Shipping charges include a box fee and required insurance. Small, crated items will be quoted before shipping. We provide in-house shipping and work diligently to keep costs to a minimum. 12. Firearms and Legal Requirements: All firearms must comply with local, federal, and state laws. Out-of-state buyers must have their dealer supply their Federal Firearms License (FFL) before shipping. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your state and local firearm requirements. Have your dealer email their FFL to transfers@brandusedworks.com and make sure they include your name on the email. 13. Liability and Safety: By participating in this auction, you release the seller and Brand Used Works Auction House LLC. and its affiliates from any liability related to the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of items. It is recommended all firearms and ammunition should be inspected by a certified gunsmith before use. 14. Yes we accept C&R Licenses for Applicable Firearms. C&R Holders are REQUIRED to also send a copy of your Drivers License. 15. Finality: All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exceptions. The acceptance of a bid constitutes a legal and binding contract under Texas state law. *This is a Two Day Auction, Lots 1-700 are on Saturday and Lots 1000-1700 are on Sunday. *Texas Sales Tax is payable by buyers who reside inside Texas liable for tax. *All bids are per the catalog number, and all items will be sold in numerical order. *We reserve the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith.
