AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All auction sales are final • BUYER PREMIUM: 18% Buyers Premium applies to all purchases except automobiles, motorcycles, trucks or other motor vehicles where a 10% Buyers Premium applies. • PAYMENT TERMS: Sell It Now Store accepts cash, cashier’s check and charge cards through PayPal for up to $1500 including buyer premiums. For amounts over $1500, we accept cashier’s checks, money orders, bank wire transfers and cash. We will invoice the winning bidder when the auction has concluded. Also note that Proxibid only takes credit cards for information verification, not for payment of items won at auction. Credit card charge backs are not accepted and all non-paying bidders are reported to Proxibid one week after close of auction. Any non paying buyers are blocked for any future Sell It Now and Proxibid auctions. Sell it Now Store reserves the right to block any bidders who are unable to comply with the terms and conditions of our auctions. • SALES TAX: 5% Wisconsin Sales Tax applies to all WI residents or items locally picked up without a shipper. We are happy to remove the tax if a valid resale certificate is on file. • WARRANTY: All lots are sold as is, as shown, no warranties expressed and without recourse. The Sell It Now Store and its consignors make no warranty or representations, expressed or implied with respect to property sold at auction. Faults noticed during cataloging are noted in the description. • AUCTION INSPECTIONS: Sell It Now Store encourages auction inspections with dates provided in the auction or by appointment because opinions may vary. All listings are described as accurately as possible. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the property is in perfect condition. If you plan to have a lot inspected, please make sure you inspect the lot prior to bidding. Also note that with an audio gear auction, we have not extensively tested each piece or tested every function. We test for basic functionality if we have that capability. Sell It Now Store is not responsible for acts or omissions of package carriers regardless of whether or not these companies were recommended by us. Please feel free to contact us with specific shipping questions. Shipping is a separate fee and transaction through The UPS Store. Also note that several auction lots reference the size and high costs of shipping. We encourage local pickup, especially on heavy, large or fragile items. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Bidding or purchase of any item sold through Sell It Now Store in any manner is bound by the bidder Terms and Conditions. Any right of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The terms of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to any conflict of laws or provisions thereof that might indicate the applicability of laws of any other jurisdiction. The venue for all legal proceedings shall be in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
