ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY MILEAGE OR HOURS ON EQUIPMENT. 12% buyer premium of sale price and 5.3% VA Sales Tax. Final payment must be received by 4 p.m. next business day. All items must be paid in full before removing from auction property. A $10 (per day) storage fee will be charged if item is not removed from auction grounds within 10 calendar days of sale date--Day 1 is sale date.
